Sophie is my 10 year old totally blind dog. She has spent 3/4th of her life on this sofa and it's pretty much her entire limited world. This picture was taken minutes before it was yanked from her world and hauled away by FW and I to the Salvation Army a week ago. Since then she has been aimlessly wandering about the living/media room "looking" for her comfort zone that was the damned sofa, a truly heartbreaking site. We still have a glimmer of hope that the new sofa will be delivered soon but our confidence in those Lazy Boy knuckleheads is waning. As Ray LaMontagne sings in his latest CD, "Trouble's been dogging me since the day I was born".

Sophie's Choice Sofa
