To summarize: Last fall and winter we tore the house up painting, installing a new kitchen sink and 700 sq. ft. of engineered hardwood flooring. Then last May during the annual village garage sale I received a call from my brother to inform me my mother died. Not unexpected since she was 86 and had been having more trouble breathing. So it was off to the burbs to spend some time with family. In June we bought a popup camper. Had visit with Kate, Lou and Leah in Indy in July. Leah is now a toddler and so damned cute! In August my niece was married in Milwaukee so we had a nice mini-vacation for a few days. Lately we've been breaking in the camper with short trips. Vince is now 2 years old and remains very excitable around people and dogs but is doing much better riding in a vehicle.
I plan to post some pictures and videos from the past few months in an effort to update this blog so come back once in a while.
