It's Alive!

I built this mantle clock from a kit 30 years ago. For the past 16 years it has sat inert refusing to keep time or chime despite my numerous futile attempts to get her running. Then a couple days ago she mysteriously rose from the dead. Now I know there is some rational explanation for this phenomena but it still gives me the heeebee jeeebees.
