Well we performed our civic duty and voted for all our favorite numbskulls and jack asses. Instead of a purple finger we get these lame stickers. Marshall county is like the defunct Soviet Union, all candidates ran unopposed and Republicans rule with an iron fist.

post the election it is clear that silverton is a mecca for free thinkers. bucking a state wide trend which defeated Amendment 44 59.5%to 40.9%, our great community approved it 60% to 40%. as the Silverton Standard stated "pass the marijuana".also against state trend was silverton support of legalizing same-sex partnerships. take that Marshall county.everett
